Before Our Call

• Our goal is to learn from you and share your story in an informative, positive way.
• We’ll handle post-production for a polished final cut.
• We use Riverside to record our videos, which is a lot like Zoom or FaceTime.

Go For Quality

• A good internet connection and a relatively quiet space can go a long way for recording.
• If you're going to join on desktop, we strongly recommend using Chrome. Don't use an Incognito window.
• If you're joining on your smartphone, download the Riverside app.

Afterwards

• Riverside records onto your device, then uploads it after the session ends.
• If you have a slower internet connection, you'll want to wait for it to upload completely.
• Important: Don't leave the session until you see confirmation that your recordings have been uploaded.
• If you leave early or have issues uploading, visit this link on the same device to upload your recordings.
